A Family Tradition
What started as a dream of opening a brewpub in our small town, slowly turned into reality for father and son brewers.
Starting their homebrewing in 2013, and moving up to full production brewery in 2015, the pair opened Aztec's first brewery tasting room in January of 2017. The HUB features large outdoor patio, live music and a great environment for friendly get togethers.
After a successful first year at The HUB, the pair decided to expand into the brewpub environment.
Opening 550 Brewing and Pizza Parlor on 9/11/2018.
